Kindergarten Registration

2020-2021 School Year

 

• Entrance age - 5 years on or before September 1, 2020
• Child must have been born on or before September 1, 2015
• Full Day Kindergarten at all Sites

 

 

Transitional Kindergarten Registration

2020-2021 School Year

 

• Entrance Age - 5 years old between September 2, 2020, and March 2, 2021
• Child must be born between September 2, 2015, and March 2, 2016
• Transitional Kinder Sites:

  • Jersey
  • Lakeland
  • Lakeview
  • Paddison
  • Studebaker
  • William Orr

 

Online registration for KINDERGARTEN and TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN will begin on March 2, 2020. Original birth certificate, parent identification, and proof of residence (ex. utility bill, cell phone bill, bank statement) must be presented to the school office to receive your online pre-registration code.

Parents registering their child for kindergarten or transitional kindergarten must provide the following documentation:

 

Proof of Age

Acceptable documents:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Baptism Certificate
• Passport

 

Immunization Records

(Must list month, day and year):

• Polio - 4 doses
• DPT or any combination - 5 doses
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) - 2 doses after their first birthdate
• Hepatitis B - 3 doses
• Varicella - 2 doses or already had Chicken Pox, must be documented by physician/clinic

 

Proof of Residency

We will only accept original billings with your name and your residence address within the Little Lake City School District boundaries dated in the last three (3) months.  Present one (1) of the items listed below in the name of the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) for resident verification.

• Rental Contract or Current Escrow Documents
• Current Vehicle Registration                           
• Phone/Cell Phone Bill                                     
• Current Bank Statement (not credit card statement)
